These Terms govern your use of www.mandarinmystery.com, the “Site” Chinese language learning platform belonging to MD SAROWAR JAHAN. By accessing/using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction of 16+) to access and utilize the Site. If You are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your usage.

We may suspend/terminate your account if you violate these Terms, for example by posting or sharing content without authorization.
1.6 Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as-is”—we don’t guarantee accuracy of content, such as language translations or uninterrupted access.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from use of the Site, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage to a user or third party.
1.7 Changes to Terms
We might edit these Terms; we’ll let you know by sending you an email or leaving a notice on the Site. Keep using the Service, and you will have accepted the revised Terms.
